Vladymir J. Champagne, Esquire grew up in Haiti and attended school at "Petit Seminaire College St Martial", a private catholic school in Port au Prince, Haiti where he completed both primary and secondary school .  After the fall of Baby Doc Duvalier, in 1986, Mr. Champagne left Haiti and started college at Miami Dade Community College (MDCC).  He later transferred to Florida International University ( F.I.U.) where he graduated with a Bachelor in Arts in Public Administration and a Minor in Sociology.  He enrolled soon after in the Masters in Public Administration program at Florida International University and took classes there for a year.  In 1994,  Vladymir J. Champagne started law school at the University of Miami School of Law where he graduated in 1997 with a Juris Doctor degree.  Vladymir J. Champagne interned at different private law firms while in law school, volunteered at different Not for profit agencies assisting immigrants in their quest to legalize their status., and also interned as well at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender's Office.  Upon passing the Florida bar, Vladymir J. Champagne, Esquire worked as a lawyer for the Put Something Back Pro Bono Project in Miami Dade County.  Vladymir J. Champagne, Esquire has been a partner at the Law Offices of Champagne and Surin, P.A. since 1999.  Vladymir J. Champagne handles mostly immigration and family law cases.

 Managing Partner at the Law Offices of Champagne and Surin, P.A. since May 1999. There, Practice Immigration law and related matters such as residence, petition, deportation and court representation including appeals.
Represent injured persons in vehicle accidents, dog bites and premises liability cases. Conduct Real Estate matters including Title and closing, Foreclosure defenses, Evictions. Board Member of Legal Services of Greater Miami since 2015. Junior Pastor of New Revelation Church since 2010. Vice-President of Haitian American Democratic Club of Broward. Former Vice-President of Haitian Lawyers Association. Legal Counsel of Haitian American Professional Coalition.
Member of the Florida Bar; Member of the United States Southern District Court.
Member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity; Member of Trial Lawyers of America.
Make legal presentations to churches, organizations, associations, schools, etc in person, on radio, in television, and in social media; published articles about theology and law; participated in many community activities and received many awards, honors and accolades for community service. 
 Proud husband of Shebella Poitier and father of Ronalda, Shenelle and Ronald II.
